DigiConta features

DigiConta brings the tax data your company already generates with Mexico's SAT into one place and carries it into the books. This page lists what the product does today; what is still in development is marked as such.

Tax intelligence

What the DigiConta dashboard shows you, built from your CFDIs.

CFDI download and sync

With your e.firma (FIEL), DigiConta requests the SAT bulk download every day and syncs issued and received CFDIs every four hours.

CFDI explorer

Search and filter your invoices, open the detail of each one and download its XML or PDF.

VAT (IVA) and income tax (ISR)

Monthly VAT broken down by rate, your VAT position, an income-tax calculation, and export of the results.

Suppliers and the 69-B (EFOS) list

Supplier ranking, purchase concentration and a check of every RFC against the SAT 69-B list (presumed and definitive), with an alert when a supplier shows up on it.

Anomaly detection

Every week your CFDIs are checked for outlier amounts, new suppliers with large amounts, cancellation spikes, invoices issued on weekends and likely duplicates.

Tax calendar

Your Mexican tax obligations with their due dates, so you know what is due each month.

Scheduled reports

Monthly summary, trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, account ledgers, cash flow, aging and customer concentration. You can schedule them to arrive by email.

Trends and cash flow

Revenue against the prior year, seasonality, rolling averages, margins and breakdowns by customer, product and currency, plus a cash-flow forecast.

Fiscal close and views by CFDI type

An annual fiscal-close report built from your CFDIs, plus dedicated views for payroll, credit notes (egresos) and transport.

Several companies, one sign-in

Manage several companies from one account, invite your team as owner, admin, accountant or viewer, and switch companies without signing out.

Accounting

DigiConta's accounting module turns those same CFDIs into journal entries, financial statements and informational returns.

Journal entries from CFDIs

Each CFDI is posted to a balanced journal entry. DigiConta suggests the account and a person reviews it before it is applied; payment complements are applied to their invoices.

E-accounting (Anexo 24)

Generates the chart-of-accounts, trial-balance and journal-entry XML files in the format the SAT requires.

DIOT

Builds the DIOT per supplier, reconciles it against your records and exports it to Excel.

Bank reconciliation

Import bank statements as PDF (scanned ones too), OFX, QFX, CSV, MT940, CAMT.053 or Excel, and match each movement against invoices, payments, expenses and transfers.

Chart of accounts and periods

Chart of accounts, journal entries, monthly, quarterly and annual close with locked closed periods, entry reversal and opening-balance import.

Financial statements

Balance sheet, income statement, trial balance, general ledger, aging and cash flow, with PDF and Excel export.

Mexican payroll

Employees and payroll periods with IMSS, ISR, Infonavit and SAR calculations.

Fixed assets and budgets

Fixed-asset depreciation schedules and budget tracking.

Roles and change log

Data-entry, accountant, reviewer (for example an external CPA) and auditor roles, with a log that keeps the old and new value of every change.

Access and security

Access to the app goes through Cloudflare Access with your work account. Sensitive personal and tax data is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and every query is scoped to the active company.

Still in development

Issuing and stamping CFDIs from DigiConta is not available yet, and the direct connection to Panama's DGI is still in development. If either is key for you, tell us when you ask for a quote.
